In plain words
These are the companies that help us run TestSapien and may process customer data. All of them process data in the United States.
1. Current subprocessors
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Microsoft Corporation (Azure) | Cloud hosting: application servers, database, test runners, run evidence storage, secrets vault and job scheduling | All customer data, including test cases, repository contents checked out for runs, and run evidence (screenshots, videos, traces and logs) | United States (East US 2) |
| Clerk, Inc. | Sign-in and user account management | Names, email addresses and sign-in details of your users | United States |
| Stripe, Inc. | Subscription billing and payment processing | Billing contact and payment details (card data is held by Stripe, not TestSapien) | United States |
| Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) | Transactional email: invitations, run results and notifications | Recipient names and email addresses, message content | United States |
2. Services you connect
GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jira and other services you connect to your workspace are not our subprocessors. They are your own services; TestSapien reads from them and writes to them on your instructions. The same applies to the applications and environments your tests run against, and to runners or secret vaults you host yourself.
TestSapien does not offer AI features yet. Before it does, we will add any AI provider to this list with the notice described below.
3. Changes and notifications
We give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor, as described in our Data Processing Agreement. To be emailed about changes, write to hello@testsapien.com with the subject "Subprocessor notifications".
